Founded by two chefs with Italian roots and years of experience in kitchens around the world, Spaghetto blends authentic recipes with a modern fast-casual format. We grew up with pasta as a daily ritual — homemade sauces, seasonal ingredients, family tables. Now we’re bringing that same tradition to Australia, designed for today’s lifestyle.
We started Spaghetto because we couldn’t find a place where you could enjoy high-quality pasta, build your own bowl, and still be in and out in minutes. So we created it.
What began as a dream to bring Italian comfort food to busy Australian streets is now becoming a new way to eat pasta — fresh, simple, custom, and ready to go.
